Last year Adrienne contacted me looking for a photographer to cover her wedding celebration. She explained how she and Michael had gotten married at the courthouse when he was working out of state. Now her dad wanted them to have a wedding reception so all the family could celebrate together!

Their wedding day was very laid back and simple. They decided last minute that they would have a ceremony too. We started out with a few shots of the beautiful floral details and décor. Then headed to the little park nearby for some family group shots. Being a Corpus Christi wedding photographer has gotten me incredibly used to dealing with wind, but this day was exceptionally windy so we adjusted the plan and continued the group photos at the beautiful staircase in the courtyard at the Art Center.

I asked Adrienne to come up to the breezeway for a few quick bridal photo’s, which she totally rocked! Then it was time for their quick ceremony before moving right on to the party! A sweet first dance followed by mother/son dance and father/daughter dance, then cake cutting led straight into dancing the night away with their friends and family!

It was clear how loved and supported they are by their entire family and such an honor to be able to document their beautiful celebration of love.
