Lexi + Lane | Port Aransas Beach Wedding

So excited to share this highlight slideshow from Lexi and Lane’s colorful whimsy beach wedding in Port Aransas, Tx. They are two of the sweetest people I have had the pleasure of working with. From engagement session to bridals, to wedding day it was all laughter and fun.

Lexi had a first look with her dad which is always a happy tears moment. Then the first look with her bridesmaids - which is equally as heartwarming. Lexi and Lane then did a letter exchange without seeing each other before it was finally time for their first look. I could go on and on about why I love the choice to see each other before the aisle. When you wait until the ceremony you don’t get to have that immediate moment to talk to each other, hug, kiss, cry together, or whatever it is you do in that moment. You are front and center in front of your guests and forced to stand there until the ceremony is over before you can enjoy that moment together. Lane initially didn’t want to do a first look but after looking at it from a different perspective he changed his mind last minute and I am so glad he did. It was a beautiful intimate moment for just the two of them to have before the formality of the ceremony.
